1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SoulBond, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Community Standards & Zero-Tolerance Policy
⚠️ SoulBond has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive users. Violations result in immediate account removal.
All users agree to:
- Provide accurate, honest information in their profiles
- Treat all other users with respect and courtesy
- Not engage in harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
- Not impersonate others or use fake identities
- Not share explicit, inappropriate, or objectionable content of any kind
- Not attempt to scam or defraud other users
- Not spam or promote commercial activities
- Not engage in any illegal activity through the platform
Content moderation: All reported objectionable content will be reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours. Offending content will be removed and the user responsible will be ejected from the platform.
2a. User-Generated Content Safeguards
SoulBond implements the following protections:
- Content Filtering: AI-powered moderation filters objectionable content automatically
- Reporting: Every profile and message includes a "Report" option — use it to flag inappropriate content
- Blocking: You can block any user at any time. Blocked users are immediately removed from your feed and cannot contact you
- 24-Hour Response: Our team acts on all reports within 24 hours
- Age Verification: SoulBond is strictly for adults 18+. Users found to be under 18 are immediately removed
3. Profile Verification
SoulBond reserves the right to verify user identities and profiles. We may remove or suspend accounts that fail verification or violate our community standards.
4. User Safety
Users are responsible for their own safety. We recommend:
- Meeting in public places for first dates
- Telling a trusted friend about your plans
- Not sharing personal information too quickly
- Trusting your instincts
5. Reporting & Enforcement
If you witness any violations of these terms, please report them using our in-app reporting feature. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards. Users may be banned for serious violations including harassment, fraud, or dangerous behavior.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on SoulBond, including logos, design, and text, is the property of SoulBond and protected by copyright laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
SoulBond is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Subscription & Payments
SoulBond operates on a freemium model:
- Free Account: Basic access to create profile, complete assessment, and view limited matches
- Premium Subscriptions: Enhanced features including unlimited matches, advanced AI insights, and priority support
- Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through PayPal
- Early Access Promotion: Users who register before April 1st, 2026 receive 1 month of Premium features at no cost when the platform launches
- Auto-Renewal: Premium subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time
- No Refunds for Partial Months: Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. See our Refund Policy for details
10. Platform Launch & Service Availability
SoulBond is scheduled to launch globally on April 1st, 2026. Until launch:
- Users may register and create profiles
- Full matching and communication features will be activated on launch day
- Early registrants will receive promotional benefits as specified
- We reserve the right to delay the launch if necessary for quality or safety reasons
