Our Commitment
SoulBond is an adult dating and relationship platform exclusively for users aged 18 and over. We are committed to protecting minors and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all forms. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits, endangers, or harms minors.
We actively work to detect, remove, and report any such content, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and national authorities when required.
Age Verification & Access Controls
•All users must confirm they are 18 years of age or older during registration.
•Age is a required field and must be entered at account creation.
•Accounts suspected of being created by minors are immediately suspended pending review.
•Profile photos are subject to review for age-appropriate content.
CSAE Prevention Practices
•Content Moderation: User-uploaded photos and profile content are reviewed against our content policy. Content that violates our standards is removed immediately.
•In-App Reporting: Users can report any suspicious profile or inappropriate behavior directly from within the app at any time.
•Blocking: Users can block any other user immediately, preventing all further contact.
•Profile Verification: We verify user profiles and flag suspicious activity patterns.
•AI Moderation: AI tools assist in identifying potentially harmful or exploitative content.
Reporting & Compliance
SoulBond complies with all applicable child safety laws, including mandatory reporting obligations. Any identified CSAM is:
•Immediately removed from the platform.
•Reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline as required by US law.
•Reported to relevant national and regional authorities where applicable.
•The associated account is permanently banned.
